#bumpupdate #21weeks 〰Was feeling refreshed returning to work after 9 days holiday. 〰Still training(lots of scaling down now) including strength/cardio circuits, my own weight training, training with my PT and going on 30min walks. I find if I keep moving it stops all the aches and pains of all the growing and stretching. 〰I'm not only growing in the baby belly…..everything is growing, my butt, my thighs, my boobs and even a fatty layer across my back! ? #yum 〰I remind myself everyday, it's all for a good reason to protect bubba-V and it makes me more and more determined to be a energetic and good vibe of a mum after birth. ???? 〰We had our half way scan during this week and the little cheek of a child was hiding, burrowed right down low hiding it's face. I was instructed to get up and dance around 3 times! But no it's a stubborn little thing, Matt, my husband just thinks bubba-V is shy! ? 50/50 chance! 〰Nursery is still not started, but we now have a bassinet that a lovely family member insisted we try even if we were thinking of other options.
